Terrible service at Pizza Hut. I placed an online order, and when I arrived to pick it up, there was already a woman waiting with no employees at the front. After about five minutes, a man came for his order. Three of us waited for 10-15 minutes with no one checking on us. Every time we entered, the doorbell rang, and we could hear staff in the back, but when we called out "Hello" and "Excuse me," there was no response. We even knocked on the door, window, and counter. The restaurant urgently needs to enhance its cleanliness. I took my daughter to order a personal pan pizza, but we ended up leaving without placing an order because she said, "Mommy, it smells bad in here. Let's go." It was disheartening to see trash piled up by the counter as well. The smell was strong enough to make me feel nauseous. If a child notices something so unpleasant, it clearly indicates that the restaurant needs to improve. I'm not willing to risk getting food poisoning, especially since my sister had a bad experience here before.
This restaurant consistently offers excellent quality. I typically order pizzas on Friday and Saturday nights, and they're usually quite fresh during those busy times. There have been a few occasions when the crust wasn’t as crispy as I’d like or the breadsticks had less cheese than expected, but the positive experiences more than make up for those minor issues. I also want to give a special mention to the delivery driver who called to let me know, "The Eagle has Landed," when he arrived.
If Destiny works at this Pizza Hut location or any other, you might want to think twice before placing your order. She displayed the worst customer service attitude I've ever encountered. At least six customers in line voiced complaints about her behavior. Corporate, if you’re reading this, please reach out to me—I’m ready to provide all the details ASAP! I placed an order and saw that it was being prepared, with the DoorDash driver on the way to pick it up. Then, I received an email and a text saying my order was canceled. Now, I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund, which doesn’t really make sense. They can take my money right away, but it takes days to get it back. This was my first experience with DoorDash, and I’m really disappointed.
I ordered $60 worth of pizza at 9 PM and waited 45 minutes with no update. I tried calling the restaurant, but after holding for 30 minutes, no one answered. I then went to the website to cancel and saw the delivery time was still estimated at 80-90 minutes. The site instructed me to call the restaurant to cancel, which was impossible since they wouldn’t answer their phone.
I ordered online and was told my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived after 25 minutes and had to wait another 20 minutes for my pizza. If you can, avoid ordering from this Pizza Hut.
The food was tasty, but the eight pieces of boneless chicken and pepperoni on the Pep Lovers pizza had very little sauce, making it feel more like a standard pepperoni pizza instead.

I’ve been waiting almost an hour for six chicken wings. At this rate, I could have raised, cleaned, seasoned, and cooked my own chicken!
