So, last night my wife placed an order for a large cheese pizza to be picked up by us. We were told fifteen minutes. We probably got there a bit earlier. Walked in, told the guy at the front we had ordered a pizza. Gave the name but the pizza was no where to be found. He apologized, and told me that he will throw a medium pizza for the trouble. Just give me ten-twelve minutes. I said I didn't need need a medium pizza that it was ok. I went out and sat in my car. A few minutes later an employee came out with a plastic bag. I ordered online, it was fast and easy, they had some good deals, my order was ready within 15 minutes. Location is nice, not very busy, outside was clean from rubbish, inside also clean. Cashier was polite, I paid inside and got my food. I ordered the family pizza box, 2 pizzas 1 each, cheese sticks and chicken alfredo pasta. The food was nice and hot, tasted great, and fed family of 2 adults and 2 children. About fantastic experience. I have come back since then and had another great experience, which is absolutely my way to the pizza place.
Been coming here since they opened and this week they made their 2nd mistake out of about 200 pizzas we've ordered. They forgot 1 item on our 3 item pizza. There was no hassle at all, They remade it for us in no time and even offered to deliver it to us. Also, even during their busiest times, carry out is a breeze here.
