Employee(s) intentionally messing around with your food 4/26 9:30pm takeout My pizza had about 6 full toppings but all of them came as half toppings. My pizza was also not cut properly. If a topping or two was forgotten or not cut properly I would understand that mistakes can be made but when not a single topping was missing, I knew it was intentional. After a mistake in their order, my sister-in-law was told by Jill that she would give her a free medium pizza next time. Unfortunately, when she tried to call for the comped pizza while I was in town, I witnessed the employee getting so nasty and rude. I placed my order through the Pizza Hut app on Sunday afternoon. When I arrived, I couldn’t click the “I’m Here” button because it wasn't available. I tried refreshing the app and even called the number listed, but when a gentleman answered, he said he would transfer me to the local store. We came to look for it and my children were left hungry. We order online and the system crashes therefore you cannot see the order Then we tell him that there is no problem for him to take our order at the moment that we have no problem waiting and he cannot take our order either because he has no system. This one is to go only, but the pizza is good, I don't like that Pizza Hut don't provide Parmesan/crushed pepper for free anymore.. They only sell it.. But well so far we are satisfied with the pizza.

They charged me too much money. I picked up the pizza myself. The pizza was good, but it was too expensive.
Updated:. This place has improved. I give it credit. The pizzas are properly cooked now and taste better.
