Pizza Hut - Reserva de mesa

I just returned to work and experienced a technological issue that was certainly not the fault of the two employees on duty. The system indicated that the fryer was overheating, but that wasn't the case; it was just a glitch. These two employees truly went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service and deserve a significant raise. They offered me a complimentary beverage and even made me some free cinnamon sticks. They were both polite and incredibly friendly, and I will definitely be returning to this restaurant, largely because of their outstanding service.

Spent $100+ just for one of our pizzas to almost be forgotten as we were getting ready to get our order so they had to make it, our other pizza getting cold sitting on the counter. Only the manager seems to be working and employees were sitting on the counters talking with each other/being on phones. One girl was not wearing gloves or proper work shoes. Update: we waited an extra 15 minutes for our food

I ordered ONE pizza and a 2 liter 2 hours before they closed. The pizza finally came almost 3 hours after the store closed and they didn’t bring the pop and the pizza was cold. The driver was just so matter of fact about it. This is the second time they did this to me they won’t get another chance.

It took over an hour for my pizza to be delivered, and they ended up forgetting the pizza entirely. I had ordered a pizza and a melt, but only the melt arrived. When I spoke to the manager about getting a refund, they refused to accommodate my request. Reserva una mesa ahora

Theives, food cold, gave me 2 medium pizza instead of large I called the Inspector general on them no soda then didn't refund my money but it's on the receipt I will never patronize PIZZA HUT AGAIN

I recently placed an order online for monee Illinois pizza hut. They served me the wrong Pizza. Did not realize it until we got home. Called and they refused to refund me or deliver my Pizza

This is easily the best Pizza Hut in the area. I will drive out of my way to go here for fresh Pizza.

Worst service around. Breadstick were hard and flat and mini Cinnabons were raw

Delicious pizza! This place really takes me back to the Pizza Hut of the 80s.
