Pizza Hut - Reserva de mesa

I waited in my vehicle for the order to say it was ready, once it said it was done it said to call. I called three times and kept immediately got placed on hold. No one said please hold, just picked up and hit the hold button. I eventually after 5 minutes gave up and went inside expecting my pizza to now be cold. I waited behind two people in line, then when I gave my order they said it wasn’t ready yet and that it was just put in the oven. So after waiting five minutes on the phone, another five minutes in line; that’s 10 minutes that passed where the app said it was done but it wasn’t even cooked yet. Our pizza was cold. An employee took it out of the oven and left it to help another customer. For more than 5 minutes it sat on a counter. When we got it back to our hotel, all the toppings had been placed in the center of the pizza so it was both inconsistent and hard to eat. Would not recommend this Pizza Hut.

I ordered from Pizza Hut and they forgot my Pepsi and this is not the first time they put me on hold and then ended the call . Imma need my money or the Pepsi .Today I called and talked to the manager she was very helpful Reserva una mesa ahora

do NOT request curbside, no contact service because the store calls you instead and tells you to come inside and pickup...why offer that option if you don 't honor it?
