I ordered the Book It deal. 2 large 1 topping pizzas and an order of breadsticks. I changed my order of breadsticks to a double order. I opted for delivery. They deliver through door dash. I received 1 large pepperoni pizza, a double order of breadsticks and a single order of breadsticks. My other large pizza was replaced with a single order of breadsticks. I called to report the issue the employee I talked with was extremely rude and insisted I take it up with door dash. I asked if the dashers come to the back and collect the orders or if they are handed the orders to deliver he says they hand the orders to the dashers so how is it the dashers fault my order was wrong? I waited at that store for 4 pizzas for just over an hour and a half. The employees were slow, and very uncooperative. There was this one girl employee and might have been the most disrespectful person I’ve ever met. I understand being stressed about it being busy on a weekend but no one should have to wait for close to 2 hours for a couple of pizzas then being treated with such disrespect by an employee of the store. It is good food I cannot lie, but the people they choose to hire is appalling. Will never be going back to a Pizza Hut simply because of that absolutely horrendous experience. Slow service, terrible customer service by the girl with the huge hickey on her neck, and the store looks like it could use a good scrubbing and glass cleaning on the front doors! Be sure to take a picture of your receipt before handing it back to the staff, as they may change the tip amount without your permission. I encountered this dishonest behavior during my latest visit, and I suspect it was the manager who was responsible. I will not be going back to this restaurant and will be reaching out to them to request a copy of my signed receipt.
