I've always been a fan of Caraglios! I was thrilled to learn that they were opening in Fairport, and I haven't been let down at all. The pizza is just as fantastic as ever, especially the country sweet chicken wing variety, and the service is exceptional! My family has the slice-a-day membership, and we've really gotten to know the staff at the Fairport location. Everyone is incredibly friendly and attentive. They even remember our daughter's name and our usual order. I highly recommend it!
Pizza is generally good, we used to order from them in Greece, and since our move to Perinton we started ordering from the new Fairport location. I would say we order a fairly significant amount of pizza and wings in any given year. I was disappointed with the customer service on my most recent order. I ordered a 1 topping sheet pizza deal, however when the pizza was delivered there was no topping. I wasn't going to bother calling about it, however given the number of times
I thought Marks Pizzeria was good? I will not have any other pizza ever again unless it is Caraglios. In my opinion, the dough is the best. Absolutely BEST. I don?t know how to explain it but it chewy but cooked through. I order Pepperoni and always get Cup N Char as the topping. My favorite special is on mondays?a LARGE PIZZA FOR $11!!!! Tried this place at first because it was on my way to my grandmas and it was easy enough to grab us something on my way to visit, but I have to say I am so in love with the pizza here. Cooked right ,lots of toppings, and the dough is perfectly balanced with the crispy/chewy. I personally love the deal they have on Wednesday. Took more than an hour and a half when we ordered hours before hand. I am very disappointed and all they offered us was 25% off the next order. There will be no next order, I will never be going back. Called one of the managers and he basically told me I was being unreasonable. I ended up just picking up the order myself because I obviously could not rely on them. Tried to give the new pizza place a try and I regret it. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.
New to the area and accidentally ordered a pick-up right before closing. Despite that they did an excellent job. I've been a Mark's loyalist for the last 15 years and this is the first time I've found a place that was as good, better even. This will definitely be our go-to spot in Fairport.Worth noting it's right next to a great park.
Caraglio’s was one of my main spots to get lunch when I used to work in Fairport. Their slice subscription deal is unbeatable. I still stop by sometimes when I’m in Fairport or working on a Saturday.Great combination of bread, sauce, and cheese. Quick service. Good location.
