I placed an order and when taken in one of the items was missing. I called to let them know and was greeted very rudely but someone who told me they packed it themselves and I was lying. I asked him what my order was and he said the wrong things so not sure what he even thought he packed!! He then sighed and told me to wait and put me on hold I was then put onto someone entirely different who asked me what my problem was. I then explained I had already spoken to someone and did I need to now re go through it all again which he then said if you would like ?!?! Once I had gone through my issue again he then went on to explain to me that I had had my order and his colleague believed I was lying...
The person we spoke to at the restaurant was argumentative and refused to provide a refund. The pizza we received was extremely unappetizing, with a floppy, soggy, undercooked base and cheese that had separated on top, likely due to the delay and being left in a sweaty box for so long. The pizza was swimming in grease, had soaked through the box, and was clearly cold. The chicken wings were limp and mostly consisted of fat. In the end, we had to throw the entire meal away.
Overall, this was a terrible experience from beginning to end. We strongly advise against ordering from this takeout if you want to avoid ruining your evening.
After waiting 90 minutes for my delivery from Pizza Hut, I had to call the shop twice. The first time, a staff member assured me that my order was on its way, but the delivery tracking service indicated otherwise. When I called again, the manager, Lorenzo, was unhelpful and raised his voice when I complained. To make matters worse, I received an uncooked Classic base pizza instead of the Pan dough base I had ordered. Overall, the service was very poor and the staff seemed incompetent. I do not plan on ordering from Pizza Hut again.
I called up and the manager was not helpful at all, put me on hold straight away. I drove to the shop from my home and when i arrived at the shop i was JUST taken off hold. When i explained how long i have been on hold. The manager brushed off what he was saying and just said we are busy. No sorry, no customer service. NOTHING!!! Its appauling and whoever is above this manager needs to sort this pizza hut out!!!

I waited for almost 2 hours for cold pizzas that were the wrong size, had the wrong base and toppings, alongside a side of cheesy garlic bread that turned out to be a cookie. The manager needs training in customer service, and the delivery driver did not follow government guidelines for contactless delivery. This experience was terrible.
I ordered a few times, but with the pizza always arriving cold and late I thought I'd give them 1 more chance. The Pizza arrived after over 2 hrs and was ice cold. The staff did not care at all. When I complained to head office, they sent me a £10 gift card to fob me off. I use Dominoes now.
Ordered online, delivery timescale was as stated, food fantastic, pizza base was light, toppings very tasty and we received a free medium sized pizza.
Excellent service, very friendly drivers, always on time, excellent pizzas. Never had to complaint. That's my favourite!
