I had the worst service experience at this restaurant. I placed an order online for delivery at 12:30 (ordering at 11:45), but by 12:45 the pizza still hadn't arrived. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but the phone just rang for 2 minutes before cutting out each time. It was incredibly frustrating that they wouldn't answer the phone at all. I had to contact the restaurant in Colchester to ask them to find out where our food was. Eventually, the pizza arrived an hour later than expected and without the extra garlic dip that we had paid for. I tried calling to complain, but couldn't get through. So after waiting 80 minutes, my order arrived. Delivery driver not bothered, no apology, I was assured the food would be hot as he had just left the shop. Well that was nonsense, pizza was freezing cold and rock hard. Cookie dough was hard and cold. Ice cream was totally defrosted and the 3 for 99p dips didn't arrive. After a hour of waiting I called the store over 10 times no answer. Once food arrived, cold... called again many times no answer. So I called back another 2 hours later to speak to the guy working, he was rude, no apology and told me its not his problem, hes working alone.... he said he didn't have time to answer the phone to me. I ordered a pizza delivery at approximately 1200 and chose the delivery time to be around 1pm . I called at 1.35pm as I still hadn’t received my order and I had a hungry child waiting for lunch , to be told the traffic was bad , I confirmed with a friend who was out and infact the traffic was normal . I could tell the male on the other end of the phone was flustered and staling for time . My order arrived at 1356 hours almost 1 hour late nearly 2 hours from the point I ordered it . No apology . Very very disappointed ! I’d advise anyone to use another pizza establishment around lunchtime as Pizza Hut clearly can’t fulfil customers orders Only gave one star as no option to give none
I placed the order online and the delivery time said hour and half. I called up to cancel the order and the man on that answered straight away accused me of swearing and hung up even though i was very polite and had literally just asked to cancel the order politey. The man then hung up and wouldnt pick up the phone anymore. I have been a customer for a long time and was completely shocked by the individuals behavior. please review the calls at 8:00-8:15 at the northstation road restaurant.

I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times and each time I am disappointed. They promise delivery within half an hour, but it always takes over an hour. Today, I placed an order at 12:00 for delivery at 6:30. According to their online tracker, the pizza came out of the oven at 6:20 and they just now arrived at my door at 7:08. I highly doubt the pizza will be hot or even warm at this point. I can guarantee that I will not be ordering from them again.
I'm a regular at pizza hut and always enjoy ordering in with family, a lady called Kazzia took my order over the phone (a long order! and she was super friendly, incredibly polite, with great customer service skills, the food was great as always. Very pleased all round.
had only one delivery of two deep pizzas today and added our own toppings. the toppings were very generous, especially the huh. all loaded as ordered I.e extra cheese. very juicy and fresh. will definitely order from here. order directly on pizzahut.co.uk
We are frequent customers of Pizza Hut Delivery and always receive excellent service, even over the phone. Cassia is particularly accommodating and enhances the overall experience. We love the atmosphere created by the staff.
