Ordered from this Pizza hut after a few years. Normal place we order from was closed. So i thought lets give pizza hut courthouse Green a chance and see how good they are. So, online it states food will be here in 25 to 35 minutes. It arrives about 50 minutes later. Which wasn't a big deal. HOWEVER, pizza boxes were a little squashed up just to fit inside their food bags. Again, no big deal... HOWEVER, when we opened the pizza boxes the pizzas, all 3, were fairly burnt around the edges. Not at all pleasing to the eye. Called the branch and the gentleman on the phone was asking Me, what should he do about it. To be fair he did offer to send me fresh new pizzas but then the starters we ordered...
Absolutely disgusted to hear the said manager on the telephone taking my daughter's order on the phone last night. Simple request.. can we not have mushrooms on the pizza. Thats it .you would think not a big deal right ? Daughter being allergic to mushrooms its a big deal to her. The answer was no ..this is not possible unless you order a different pizza in the store ? Which was an extra ten pounds? Daughter asked why it was not possible to minus an ingredient.she was then TOLD to order online ..where there is no option to minus the **** things !! I rarely order takeout for lunch, but I was really craving pizza! I had seen advertisements for Pizza Hut's new £5 deal and decided to give it a try. I placed my order online at 12:17pm and received an email confirming the order, with a promised delivery time of 12:45pm. However, I was shocked to receive my food a full 45 minutes later at 1:30pm! The store was unhelpful and ignored my calls, and the delivery driver hurriedly handed over the food, mentioning that they were very busy before quickly leaving.

£6.99 pounds all you can eat. It’s not bad considering that, even if it’s not a “real Italian pizza”, it’s one of the best you can find in Coventry.
