Whoever is working at this pizza hut right now are a joke. The whole staff is just chatting to eachother and having 40 45 min delays on order. Waited for almost 40 mins after the online order said that it's ready to pick up. There were multiple people getting mad with the delays. Please fire the staff who was working today in the evening on the 30th of May. They are just standing and chatting to eachother and joking around while everyone was getting cranky waiting for the pizza. Would not recommend this store again. Would rather travel to other store!
Worst Pizza Hut in mill park. This place is very dirty and unprofessional. The floors were dirty and looked very messy. I had ordered two pizzas and both were terrible. The bread was very hard and didn’t taste fresh at all. I ordered a garlic prawn pizza and it tasted horrible. I couldn’t taste the garlic at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone ordering from this place again. I also ordered a drink and it was very warm. Not chilled. Not coming back here again.
This place is the worst and worst, they don't even deserve 1 star. They should go and learn how to make pizza. Where to start really.. Very unorganised, they have to keep opening the pizza boxes to check if that is the right order. NEVER will we come back to this place. Less topping, less cheese, less everything. Looks like you are eating bread, not a pizza. These people have no right running a Pizza Hut. What a SHAME.
I ordered a Medium Traditional Pepperoni Lovers, 1x cheesy spud bites and 2x creamy garlic sauces. Instead I got, a Thin Crust Pepperoni Lovers, potato bites without cheese and tomato sauce. Not what I paid for. So disappointed. Spoke to a lady working there and the store manager. They were very rude and yelling at me on the phone. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.
