I went here with my partner on a Monday for the unlimited pizza buffet, pasta, salad, drink and ice cream for £15 p/p. Prices vary depending on day and how many options on food you’d like. Welcomed with a smile and advised how ordering works (all done by QR on table) Once ordered, your server will bring you your glasses and ice cream bowls (if that’s part of your order) and you can go and help yourself. There is only one fountain for soda fizzy drinks which can be slightly challenging at peak times with a queue. I took my mother to this restaurant for lunch and we decided to try the buffet. Unfortunately, our experience was not great. The salad bar was disappointing with wilted lettuce and soggy cucumbers. The service was extremely slow, with only one pizza being brought out at a time. My mother started eating from the salad bar while I waited for the pizzas for 8 minutes. By the time they arrived, we had lost our appetite due to the long wait. Later that evening, my mother fell ill with vomiting and diarrhea. It’s been years since we have been to Pizza Hut. I was concerned that the price had increased so much but the family really enjoyed their all in buffet deals and the flat bread deals. Everything was fresh, it was easy to order with the QR code. Everyone enjoyed their food, the vegan option was tasty. My only complaint is that the vegan meals should be comparable price wise. This is a company thing though not this venue. Everyone else can have unlimited pizza, pasta, salad, drinks and dessert for £14.99 but the vegan pizza costs that, plus drink, plus dessert making their meal nearly double the cost. I haven't been to a Pizza Hut in years, but we decided to take our children (5 years old and 1 year old) there today. The pizzas were amazing, but the only downside was the water from the machine tasted horrible due to limescale buildup. We didn't enjoy having to order our meals ourselves, as there were plenty of staff available who seemed to have little to do. It was unclear why they couldn't take our order for us. Towards the end of our meal, a lady came to clean our table and asked for a good review, mentioning that she was in a competition with another worker to win a cookie dough. Other than putting the pizzas on our table and cleaning up, we weren't sure what else she had done.

Food was amazing can’t fault it. We did the big five o deal where you get 2 pizzas, 2 sides, 2 desserts and unlimited salad for 4 people. Was definitely enough food for us 4. With drinks worked out to be £15 a person so really can’t grumble at that. Only thing is, I said we had a blue light card and can we use it on this deal and the young girl said yes. Turned out you can’t do that was a little misleading. Also we received the 2 sides 5 minutes before the 2 pizzas, would have been nice if they came out all together. No ice in the machine either and water was warm. No option for getting ice from the kitchen and putting into a glass for us.
My experience at Pizza Hut in Turner Rise, Colchester for a late Sunday lunch was fantastic. While I was initially disappointed that I couldn't use my Meerkat rewards discount, Mark, the person who greeted us, was very helpful. Fortunately, we were able to enjoy the lunch buffet at a set price, which had a great selection of options. The staff were all polite and attentive. I will definitely be returning soon.
We went for the unlimited buffet. It's unchanged after 20 years really- 2 pastas, a range of regular pizzas, garlic bread. We had bottomless drinks and ice cream too. You order using the QR code and serve yourself, which is fine. Toilets were clean. Restaurant was clean. Nothing ran short at any time. Good fresh looking salad, good value and step son was very pleased. Will return.
Really enjoyed our meal on Thursday 14th September at the Turner Rise Pizza Hut. We were greeted by Mark who showed us to our table and was so polite and helpful. Assisted us to place our order and card payment on the screen, (would have taken us much longer without his help! . Our pizza’s were hot and delicious and salad bar had lots of choice. We will be back again soon.

Went in Pizza Hut Colchester Turner Rise for lunch. We did not did not like their electronic system of ordering on your phone. Then we saw my fries and chicken bites bites sitting on the counter for a while before they brought them over to us. Generally the place was so cold that my lunch was cold before I could eat it.
Amazing food.Really good for price.The service was really quick and the servers were perfect.Nothing to fault. Highly recommend! The manger was really welcoming too.
