I recently ordered a takeout dinner from this restaurant, and I have to say, the food was quite impressive, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The flavors were rich, and everything was delicious. However, the service left a bit to be desired, which is why I’ve rated it a 3. The staff was helpful, but there were noticeable delays. As for the atmosphere, since I was getting takeout, I didn’t spend much time there, but it definitely lacked any inviting qualities, which is why I rated it a 1. Very good pizza here, I go for hot and spicy chicken most of the times and it’s yumm Have tried numerous places but Pizza from Pizza hot Sunshine West is 100/100. I live in regional vic but whenever I come to Melbourne, I do not go back without having pizza from here. Really friendly staff and very good service, even the manager is too nice and friendly. One of the most missed spot it is having to move away.

placed a telephone instruction that is paid with credit card drinking and half later no pizza. I wanted to ask where my pizza was, that they couldn't tell me. they offered me a refund of $2.00. I laughed so hard that it hurt. I told them to cancel the order and give me a refund. So after 4 hours, wait for a refund.

Reply to Dan H. Dan, Please contact the store if you had poor experience. There are plenty of offers to get free delivery..., as usually its $8.00 but if you are pizzahut members, email offers are sent and you can use the code to get delivery for no charge
The service here is always friendly, and the pizzas are significantly better than those offered by local competitors. You don’t need to drown them in toppings to enjoy them. Meal type: lunch; price per person: $20–40.
I never thought in my lifetime that I would order from pizza hat, but I hate admitting, it was actually much better than I thought infact it was delicious, not saying that I said I had a call, lol.

Consistantly average. Delivery is way too expensive.
