UPDATE: Obviously they did not read my review and only went by the star rating . I was not happy with the pizza nor was I happy with their cleanliness . I am only giving 4 stars because of the very attentive wait staff. Dining room was clean and there were only booths for seating as no one was being seated in the table with chairs possibly because of covid. Customers not spaced out much but they have a plexiglass divider on the back of the seats in the booths. I can't guarantee a lively child couldn't knock it down fairly fast. They ask you to wear a glove or use sanitizer at the buffet but no mask! In fact I was the only diner that wore a mask when not specifically eating. The pizza was not...
Overall, I was happy with my visit to Pizza Inn. The staff was prompt and very friendly. They offered a good variety of pizzas—around 15 or 16 options available at any time. The salad bar was fresh, and they had pasta dishes as well as my son’s favorite dessert pizzas. The pizza itself was decent, comparable to most chain-style restaurants. If you’re expecting top-quality, exceptional pizza like I’m used to in New York, this might not meet those standards. However, if you’re looking for a reasonably priced meal with good variety and solid pizza for your family, this is a great choice. I would definitely eat here again.
Every single time we go to pizza inn there's a issue. Today we were told that a big party was coming in and basically there was no seating. this was at 11:30. Also the service is always terrible. I always have to ask And have to go up to the servers justto get a refill. Most times you have to wait for them to bring out pizza. I have actually seen one pizza on the buffet. Thisused to be a good place to eat but not anymore.

The service is habitually slow, and I frequently have to ask staff for drink refills. On top of that, the pizza usually takes too long to arrive. I even saw a pizza left sitting on the buffet. It used to be a great place to eat, but it’s definitely declined.

I have to commend this place—it's incredibly clean with the friendliest staff. The food is always fresh, and the entire area is spotless. If you request a specific pizza, they’ll make it just for you. I will definitely keep coming back whenever I’m in Goldsboro! You’ll find quality and great taste here. I rarely write reviews, but I can’t say enough good things. Keep up the fantastic work!
My recent stop here was my very first to any Pizza Inn, and I left a happy customer! I got pretty close to closing time, but I had enough time to eat, and they were still very accommodating to my presence! There was enough food on the buffet left overfor me to have a good big meal, and they even let me switch seats so I could be closer to the TV I wanted to watch!

This is the best pizza place I've ever visited! I absolutely love the Buffalo chicken pizza and the chicken and rice soup.
