The worst place to order pizza in Tarneit, rude customer service, arrogant staff, orders always stuffed up, disgusting pizzas and the delivery guys were always late or lost! Several times we discovered olive pips, husband 's pizza always had bbq sauce smothered all over it after we request NO BBQ SAUCE. Last delivery was the last straw! Our order never came within the 30 mins we were quoted, we rang the shop to complain and was basically told too bad so sad . The delivery guy finally arrived BUT he gave us someone else 's order, thankfully he discovered this before taking off. Never written a review before but the public deserves to know that this is the most disgusting pizza/ food I have EVER eaten in my 33 years. We chose this place on May Friday 20th cos it was CHOCKERS and we assumed it must be good. Had half a slice and despite not eating all day in a physical job, I couldn't take another bite. My colleague agreed it smelt and tasted Horrible. We joked that we would get food poisoning. As it turned out, He and I are both violently ill, intense stomach pain, feeling like vomiting and stuck on the toilet for hours. This place needs to be tested, everyone you have been warned.... Stay away.
Had family over and spent over $160 on an order. After a ridiculously long wait they forgot 3 garlic breads and a pasta. When we called them they told us they were busy and there would be a long wait to get the rest of our order delivered. I told them as it was their error they should make it a priority as everyone has their meals except for 1 person. Besides that, the pasta was all sauce and not much pasta and there were olive pips throughout the pizza which unfortunately you don't realise until you bite into it. Ouch! Will look at other options in the future.
Dining here is always a pleasure. I highly recommend the parma and chips, which also comes with a side salad! They are very generous with the portion sizes of both the parmas and the chips. Last Sunday, July 28, 2019, I ordered a pizza, a ravioli carbonara, and a chocolate mousse. Unfortunately, the food made me feel ill for five days. The pasta was not what I expected, and the chocolate mousse was smaller and more expensive compared to other pizza places. I’m quite frustrated with this experience.
2.5 stars - a typical pizza place. I tried the tandoori chicken pizza, the lot pizza, and the margherita. The tandoori chicken pizza was topped with a generous amount of spring onions and drizzled with yogurt, which was a bit unusual. Overall, the pizzas were quite ordinary and did not stand out.
Pastas are very, very saucy and the sauces taste watered down. Pizzas are bland, nothing spectacular. Forgot 3 things in our order and messed up another one. When calling to advise them of their mistake they advised they wouldn't be able to rectify this for 45 minutes?! Absolutely ridiculous.
