I have tested this pizzeria again (previously) to marange and it does not unfortunately work. Having grown up next to (and with now) an Italian family and having eaten pizzas in italia the difference is noticeable. The dough is either too thin (flam limit) or thick as desired but full of bubble without any consistency. The filling is always as cheek, I don't really understand the price requested. This boy has a certain talent but don't know how to put him in harm.
