I usually don’t leave negative reviews but this place pissed me off First off they don’t deliver, you have to order through the website and they use doordash which charges a big fee. Why is it called pizza movers if you don’t move pizza? The food is overpriced, including the doordash fee I spent $30 on one sandwich. That didn’t come with fries. They also charge for each topping you add to a pizza. Are you ok? Food was not even good. The steak and cheese sandwich had 0 seasoning and tasted like plain bread. 3 stars is generous but I didn’t want to be too mean. Overall this place is everything wrong with takoma park. The pizza at this restaurant was delicious and had a true New York flavor. I think the negative reviews stem from the fact that this is a simple, no-frills local pizza joint. Not everything in Takoma Park has to meet a high-class standard. If you're looking for a more upscale dining experience, there are plenty of other options in Takoma that cater to that. Let the people enjoy their pizza here.
Do not order the first pizza from this place. The pizza had too much tomato sauce and was overcooked. When we spoke to the manager about our dissatisfaction, he refused to make it right. I will not recommend this place to anyone. We also found out that they only cook their pizzas for 6 minutes. Yuck!

This place is fantastic - a true pizza joint straight out of the late 80s or early 90s. They haven't changed a thing in 30 years.
