Pizza Napoli - Reserva de mesa

I placed an order for my children tonight, and my oldest received this for his Parmesan meal. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times but couldn't get through. Eventually, I spoke to the owner, who responded an hour later with a simple "thank you!" This is extremely disappointing customer service. After I raised the issue, the owner offered to send another order, but by that time, my kids had already eaten somewhere else and are now in bed. Service: Delivery.
