I lived at in 10 states and 22 different cities. Pizza on Main is my favorite pizza of anywhere I have been. The toppings are generous, the crust is crisp, and the cheese is thick enough to give it a great bite. Beyond the pizza, the staff is alwayscourteous and the atmosphere is welcoming. The owner even showed me how to order my favorite combination of toppings and save afew dollars over how I had been doing it. There is sometimes a wait?but thats because everyone else knows how good it is too.Worth the wait every time! Thanks POM and Happy Holidays
I debated writing this review because the town folk who love it will outshine the reality of what they serve here. We've never and I mean NEVER have had a slice here or pie that we didnt throw away. Like others, we forget or are desperate for take out and make the mistake of buying. The Grandma pizza is thin like a dollar bill, wet and soggy with a 2-3 inch dry and powdery crust. Other pies the cheese is scant and dried on, theres nothing about it thats good. Its all trash and that's where it went.
We arrived here after a 5 hours drive and we still had to get to our AirBnB so we took whatever they were having by the piece. It was okay since we were really really hungry, but I would have ordered a fresh made pizza instead, if there was more time. Place was clean, they were having some great music and it felt very lively even if it was close to their closing shift.
Great place to stop for a slice or a whole pizza. We also tried the pinwheels, which were tasty. Toppings and crust have been consistently solid so we’re likely to drive a little further for pizza on main if we want reliable results. Good beer selection in the cooler. Ordered a Hawaiian pizza with bacon. When we opened the box we thought we got the wrong order because we didn't see any toppings. Very sparse toppings, pizza was a bit undercooked and very thin. Nice pizza place at Morristown. The Cesar Salad was nice, classic dressing. The pizza was nice too, but was a bit dry to our taste (the dough wasn?t moist enough and there wasn?t enough sauce). Nice staff. Parking is free right across the street
Very friendly staff! I will say I'm not the biggest fan of their style of pizza. It is still delicious and I'll give it four stars. My wife absolutely loves the style though, thin and a huge crust! We stop here about once a month.
