The food at Pizza Pasta City is delicious, but ordering by phone can be quite frustrating. There seems to be a language barrier—I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, yet it’s unclear which language they primarily use. When I tried to order a "steak and cheese," getting the order right was nearly impossible. However, ordering online has always resulted in tasty food. Today, we ordered a "bacon pizza," but ended up with a "vegan pizza" instead. Calling to fix the mistake required several attempts and explanations before it was resolved. This used to be the best pizza place, but unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. The quality of the food has declined significantly. I’m not sure what happened to the pizza sauce, but it’s definitely not the same as before. To make matters worse, the service has also gotten bad. When I walked in, the place was empty, yet I was told to hurry up, even though I had already ordered $30 worth of food.
To the owners, my advice is to consider turning this into a $0.99 pizza spot. It seems like the kids working there don’t want to be there, and it shows.
I’d give this restaurant a 3.5 out of 5 if I could. I tried a slice of pizza here for the first time, but it seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. While $3 per slice isn’t too expensive, it is slightly higher than other places where a regular slice costs about $2.50. The pizza tasted okay, and I’d probably come back if I’m feeling too lazy to visit other pizzerias.
The young man was extremely polite and friendly, and he was busy cleaning the establishment. The restaurant itself was very clean. The pizza was perfectly crispy without being burnt, although it could have benefited from a bit more flavor, even after adding condiments. I would definitely consider returning, especially because of the excellent service.

The pizza at Pizza Pasta City on 108th Street in Forest Hills, NY, is simply amazing. It has consistently been my go-to spot. Sometimes I eat there, and other times I order delivery. Today, January 6, 2024, being the New Year, my pizza came swiftly, and the flavor just keeps improving. It's truly delightful!
I strongly suggest you try this restaurant for their fantastic pizzas, vodka sauce, hot wings, and French fries. You won’t be let down. The place is tidy, and the staff is incredibly courteous. Definitely worth a visit!
