Pizza Pizza - Reserva de mesa

I've ordered from this restaurant multiple times and have consistently faced issues. My latest experience was particularly frustrating when I tried to order through SkipTheDishes. They advertised that they accepted orders until 2:15 AM, so I placed my order at 1 AM. They accepted my order and began prepping it, but after 35 minutes of waiting, they cancelled it—just as the driver arrived to pick it up. It turns out they closed at 1 AM and weren't making any more food. Yet, they had no problem accepting my order and taking my money.

The customer service at this location is severely lacking. This is my third time experiencing issues here. They really need to train their staff on how to communicate with customers. Today, when I arrived at the restaurant at 1 AM, the person locked the door and refused to let me in. When I asked him to open the door, he simply told me to "get lost." It was extremely frustrating.

If i could leave 0 starts i would. The manager with long hair was so rude and provided me with terrible customer service when all i asked was a simple question. I then asked him for his name and he refused to give it to me. Probably because he knew this review was coming. WORST PIZZA PIZZA EVER!!!!!!!

Yup, yet another adequate chain fast food place, doing their part to offer that consistent experience. Been to a Pizza Pizza before? Yeah, me too. This one ranks right up there with the rest of them. Keep towing the line friends!! Reserva una mesa ahora

The manager is very rude and doesn’t care about food safety or customer experience. He treated me very rudely. Real bad employee for such a big name.

So unorganized. Food looked okay. Forgot the debit machine. Driver was kind about forgetting machine.NEW UPDATE LONG HAIR IN PIZZA WASN'T MINE

The pizza is awesome, as always, and the nighttime staff are THE BEST! They are always super friendly and fun to talk to.
