We have been going to Pizza Plaza for over 10 years. They do have the best pizza's in town. The gourmet pizza's are highly recommended. I no longer live down the road from this place and only get the pizza when I visit friends. Unfortunately, the last two orders have been very disappointing. Last year, I had a hair draped over 3 slices of pizza. Not only is this unappealing, it makes you not want to eat any of the pizza next to the hair. I phoned back and I was told that I would get a credit for another family pizza as a replacement but I wasn't told that there was an expiry on this offer. I ordered a pizza online, inserted my credit card details and everything was accepted. Even had a confirmation call.The delivery person came, asking for money for the order. I called the store to clarify what's happened, but the lady who answers was unhelpful and providing incorrect information. She was unable to confirm if the web order charged my card, and advised I needed to pay again. I was then repeatably told "it's more secure to pay over the phone" as the lady ignored my questions. I will have to check my credit card statement to confirm what actually happened.
Regular customer for many years and it was always great food and great service until last night. Worst meal. Ribs, which are usually meaty, were hardly any meat, overcooked to the point where some of them tasted burnt. One pizza was dry and hardly any sauce and the other pizza was mostly good, but a couple of pieces were charcoaled on the crust. The garlic bread was the best part. The one star is for the garlic bread.
Pizza Plaza make pizza the old fashioned way, deep pan with a crispy base and plenty of toppings! We order Pizza Plaza from their easy to navigate website at least once a week (should I be admitting that!?) and recommend it to all of our friends. Love Pizza Plaza!

This used to be the best pizza in Brisbane - but I think off its best on the night we had takeaway. Pizzas were still great, full of toppings, but just not that wow factor in the flavour that used to be there. Maybe a different cook on the night..
My family and I have been buying pizzas from this store for years and years. The pizzas are great value and have plenty of toppings. Would highly recommends this place to anyone, amazing pizza!!
We live about two minutes away and get pizza from here at least once a month ???? My favourite is the five cheese dream- it has a nice smokey taste. I just wish they had a thin base option!
Twice in a week!, it says it all.Ordered family works pizza on the phone and was told 20 mins. I got there in 10 and went in to pay, just to be greeted with my pizza

The best bbq ribs in Brisbane! Pizzas are amazing too. Sure a little more expensive than your average dominoes order but about twenty times tastier!
