This was the worst experience I've ever had at a pizza plus. I ordered pizza and when I got there the woman at the window accused me of putting the incorrect number down on my order and that she couldn't contact me to tell me that they didn't have the stuff to make the pizza I ordered, so I ordered a different pizza and had to wait 30 minutes for them to be made. When I get my pizza after my wait she shows me the number on the receipt and accuses me again of putting the wrong number and the number on the receipt shows it's the correct number. I was mad when the waitress stated she has to share tips with kitchen that makes way more than her minimum waitress wages This place is a constant issue out of the many times I have ordered its always sub par at best Little Cesar's is better judging by their Facebook post they are always looking for help and people say no one wants to work but if a company can't keep people then its either money or garbage management
I love Pizza Plus! Had one in my home town, and since moving to Johnson City, I've missed it. Luckily this one was close and rekindled that love of pizza! However, I have to say that the staff always seems super busy and 2 of the 5 times I went, the pizza wasn't done all the way, but I still ate it and it was good if not really dough-y.
Amazing salad bar and the best cheese Stix.. definitely love the pasta dishes ..keep up the good work Vegetarian options: You can have salad of course and veggie pasta and pizza .. also has the best gluten free cauliflower crust pizza .. Kid-friendliness: Has highchairs and quarter machines for kids to win toys

Great salad bar, pizza is good if you can get someone's attention to request a favorite. Service is terrible.
sucks over priced not a large selection of pizza on the buffet $60 dollars for 4 people and we left hungry!
