Pizza Ranch - Reservar una mesa

Upon arrival because I used to work at pizza ranch I knew you could order a pizza or wings with the buffet . The cashier (Renee was being very rude and told me “ I had to pay for that “ which I knew wasn’t true because I used to work there . Renee was also in a rush to make me pay when I was asking questions. I then stated she was being rude and which she laughed about . So then I asked is there a manager I can speak to ? Renee then replied “ no there’s only me and 2 Mexicans “ which I figured was a lie but I did mention to Renee how rude she was being . We then got seated the service was great and food was good . The food was pretty good, about 50/50 fresh. The service was 90% horrible. We sat at the counter a good 10 minutes before anyone even came to get our money. The older lady was very rude and didn't answer any of my questions about pricing for my young one as it was tuesday (kids were supposed to eat free). She also didn't pick up any plates the entire time we ate and we have a big family. She expected the younger kid to do it (who was fantastic by the way) he apologized for the build up of stuff on the table because he was on break. He was very attentive the last few minutes we were there all because we gave him positive feed back. I will definitely be going to my regular pizza ranch on main...

Atmosphere is fine, staff was nice. I don 't understand the hype for this place especially at this price point. $17.62 seems quite expensive for very mediocre buffet pizza. It 's neat that they have chicken but I didn 't try it. The potato wedges were ok. The Mac and cheese was awful. Fake as the day is long. I hope they pay their staff really well.One of my slices didn 't have any sauce well, no red sauce that is. I think it had some kind of butter sauce grease type stuff (vegetable oil or something, dunno). At any rate, it didn 't do it for me whatsoever.This place reminds me of a slightly better optioned cicis at a higher price point.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the good food at Pizza Ranch. But I feel I was driven out of the restaurant after complaining that my plates were taken up way too early. Then the same individual that cleaned my place insisted on vacuuming right by my table in a vengeful manner I thought. Okay, if that is the way it is going to be then I need not come back to Pizza Ranch. ??

Big shout out to JESSICA.. We had our son's 10th bday party here and the service was excellent. She managed and organized things in such a way that we were satisfied 100% Jessica and her crew is an asset to this place.. 1st time we had such a wonderful experience..Food: 2/5
