Pizza Ranch Urbandale

Probably one of the worst pizza ranches we’ve been to. We were expecting it to be like the others where they had pasta and sauce out as an option. But no. Then when I go and ask the lady at the front whether there is usually pasta out she rudely said no and walks away. I had to stand around and wait for her to get back to order some as a request. I was expecting a plate but instead received a small to go soup container full. I was asked if I wanted more than one but I had no idea what size they were, if I did I would have ordered two. In the opinion of someone who’s been to several pizza ranches, this is close to the bottom of the barrel.

Came in 10 minutes before close, Unfortunately that is our bad we thought it closed an hour later. Regardless Heith let us know they would be closing soon but that he would keep it open for us to eat! He made us new food to put on the buffet served us. His energy was extremely welcoming, we really appreciated him letting up stay to dine after they closed being very accommodating.

The soda machines smelled like bleach when you poured soda. Told employees and they said they were putting chemicals it in to try and clean it and fix the soda machine but it was still up for people to get drinks. All of the food was old and stale. Employees were coughing up a storm seemed sick. Normally a good time there but this time was horrible what a waste of 38 dollars.

They bussed my table before my dining experience was done. Was at the buffer. When I returned, bus bin was on my seat, and part of my table was cleared. Bus attendant no where in sight like I was. Was dining alone. Poor experience! Never had this happen before. Put my plate I just got down on the table and left the restaurant sad. Reserva una mesa ahora

The staff was friendly, and the food was quickly replenished and very tasty. My favorite is the macaroni and cheese pizza!

We really enjoy the buffet and all the multitude of choices available. It’s always a treat and the chicken is delicious

Very clean. Staff was friendly and engaged. Food was as great. First time here and will definitely be back.

Don't expect cleanliness, it's kid friendly. Video games pizza. Pretty pricey, if your in a hurry. Reserva una mesa ahora
