After trying three or four different restaurants without success, I decided to give Pizza Ravens in Glen Burnie a shot, especially since my daughter often orders from their Pasadena location. I’m so glad I made that choice! Pizza Ravens exceeded all my expectations!
As a loyal customer of Pizza Raves for many years, I was really let down by my recent order, which was wrong. When I attempted to discuss the issue, the manager was quite unhelpful and wouldn’t allow me to explain my concerns. He firmly refused to offer a refund or send the correct order. To top it all off, he advised me to reach out to the Better Business Bureau before hanging up on me. I used to spend more than $100 a month at this restaurant, but after this experience, I will not be returning.

I ordered the onion rings for $3.99, but unfortunately, I had to throw them away. There wasn't any onion in them—just batter. When I called to share my disappointment, I was told that this is how they are made, and that everyone gets the same. I requested a refund, but my request was denied.
