Super pizza in meat and fresh cream I enjoyed the taste of Italy. The chef no longer had tomato sauce but the Sicilian who has the same virtues as the Neapolitan but without the capers and ave the olives was super good. For the story while I had 1 hour of call to take back my train to the station which is literally 5 minutes the jefe prepared it for me in 10 min so perfect and tasting right next to the banks of the canal it was ROYAL. To have tested the different pizzerias of Castelnaudary, without denigrating the other pizzaiolos, I find it the best pizzas. The dough is creamy, neither too thin nor too big. The amount of condiments is just enough for eating well. Cooking is very well managed, even after 10/15 minutes drive to my home. Pizzas are a little more expensive but the difference is really worth the coup/cost because they are really good. Her parsillade is a marvel
