We had a great experience at this quaint little restaurant. We opted for the sweet chilli prawns, with the option of having the chillies on the side for Michael who doesn't like spicy food. The pizza was delicious, although it had a slight burnt edge in some parts. We waited a while for service when ordering dessert, as they were busy with takeaway orders. I chose cannoli for dessert, while Michael had a different option, both of which were tasty. I also ordered a cappuccino, which took a bit longer to arrive than expected, but the staff were friendly and apologetic. Overall, it was a very enjoyable evening. Thank you to the staff for a lovely experience.
Every time I mention having some extra cash, my daughter immediately suggests we go to "Rocco's" for some delicious Italian food. If I don't respond, she usually convinces me to stop by and pick up some ravioli. We usually order a fettuccine prawn dish for my wife and a pizza for myself. Sometimes, they even throw in a few free garlic pizzas. We had to wait 20 minutes in our current Covid world, but the atmosphere was great before. I hope the restaurant reopens once things have calmed down.
This is my local pizza shop, I honestly can't fault this place. The pizza, pasta and risotto are very nice. The woodfire pizza is cooked how it is supposed to be (trust me) and the pasta isn't over cooked which I find in most other places. You can tell all the ingredients are actually fresh and not store bought frozen ****. The atmosphere is pretty chill in there it sometimes gets loud but it's to be expected it's not a huge place. The take away service is great too.
