Pizza Roma - Reserva de mesa

When I go to a pizzeria for the first time, I always take a calzone. for me it's the pizza test if this pizza is good and cooked correctly is that the rest should be good. and unfortunately, the calzone I had was barely hot inside. the small squares of cheese were visible so not melted. The center not very hot. Too bad I may have fallen during a rush or something. but good to taste! I'll come back to test in a few days at a time when there's less 'affluence.
