I had the worst experience at this restaurant. There seems to be a lack of proper management, and no one seems to know what they're doing. We ordered food online through Slice, but they never prepared our order. When I called to inquire, the woman on the phone claimed someone had picked it up. After waiting an additional 15 minutes (we live just 3 minutes away), I had to file a complaint on the Slice app, which led to them canceling my order. To make matters worse, an employee accused me of trying to get a free meal. She should be ashamed of her attitude. Overall, it was a terrible experience with awful service.
I had the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at this restaurant. The food was subpar, and it felt like they were trying to sell dishes that had been prepared the day before. When I asked a straightforward question, they insulted me right to my face. I will never return, and I plan to make sure everyone is aware of my experience. The staff, particularly the woman and the guy who makes the pizza, were quite unpleasant. If I could give this place a negative star, I absolutely would.
This place really needs to get their act together from a management perspective if they are going GN to last in the long run. We were the first customers of the evening and watched as others walked in and out while the workers had no idea what they weresupposed to be doing. ...Over 45 minutes later we finally got our pie that we ordered. After all that the pizza is mediocre atbest. The original kosher locations of great neck definitely have the edge over this place.

I've been to this restaurant a few times and have witnessed them treating other customers poorly, as if they think they are above the law. I went again last night, and the staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful. When I simply asked whether the food was fresh and why they would warm up a slice if they had just opened, the Spanish guy and the pizza guy called me stupid. I will definitely not be returning.
The portion sizes were quite generous! The food was delivered promptly and hot. There were a few minor spills, but it wasn’t a major issue. The flavor could be improved, as I’ve had better pasta at other places. Overall, the service was fast and efficient, which earns this restaurant a strong 5-star rating. The food was served steaming hot and with great efficiency. Excellent!
I go to this marvelous restaurant once a month since I like the good air that is unique to this restaurant. The team is extremely loving and skilfull. The service is absolutely fast. Also, the food you get is exceptionaly good. I visited often and I was always joyful. The price is modest. I highly recommend this place to all my friends.
Never Gain. I had a huge gathering at my house and we made an order the day before. I went to pickup the pizza right before my gathering and they could not find the order. They told me it would take 2 hours to make all the food ready. I just left and came back home with no pizza and gathering was ruined.

The food was delivered quickly and arrived hot. I really appreciated the fast delivery. The portion sizes were generous. However, the food was leaking, and I didn't find the taste as enjoyable as I had hoped, but it was still good enough to eat. Thank you once again.
