I loved the order from this place because it was convenient. I ordered 3 cheese steaks online for delivery. Someone from the store called me five minutes after my order. I did not see the calls I literally called back 5 minutes later from the time she called me, and she asked me for clarification on my orders I answered and went on to try to make sure that the other orders were correct they were suspended. I called back and spoke to another man and made this change with him. After talking to the man, my food arrived like 10 minutes later and was wrong as if I knew. I called the store and the lady on the phone was so rude that this is not her fault, because the delivery driver was already out...
I was extremely impressed with the service at this restaurant. Being from out of town, I placed an online order but, unfortunately, sent it to the wrong address. I felt embarrassed about the mix-up, but the staff reached out to me to confirm the correct address. Once we sorted out the address issue, they kindly remade my order and delivered it to the right location without me having to ask. The pizza was hot and absolutely delicious. I want to apologize for the confusion and extend my gratitude to the staff for their assistance. I highly recommend this place! Thank you once again for the excellent service!
I ordered from here quite regularly. The pizza is delicious! The subs are good. The salads were delicious. I gave 2 stars above all because the last three times I ordered salads from there, they are wrong. When I first ordered the chicken Caesar salad, they forgot my chicken. The second time they added for my chicken and green peppers. This last time they forgot to add my onions that should actually come with the salad, I ordered extra. And no green paprika. I won't order salad anymore.
I had high hopes based on the great reviews, but it seems I must have ordered the wrong items. The cheesesteak was incredibly dry, and they didn’t include the extra cheese I paid for. As for the mozzarella sticks, I’m at a loss for words—no one wanted to eat them, and they ended up going to waste. The fruit punch tasted off, almost like cleaner. I tried this restaurant for the first time, and the crab dip pizza was quite delicious! It had plenty of mozzarella and cream cheese infused with crab flavor. The crust was really good too. To make it even better, I would suggest adding some real crab chunks, fresh basil, and a light layer of tomato sauce. However, the chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks were disappointing. They had a standard flour breading instead of the crunchy panko style I prefer.
Horrible customer service of the managers is very unprofessional myOrder was placed at 9 a.m. the driver didn't put to my job until 11 brought cold food then when I told with manager he said he didn't give me refund had nothing to say why his driver took 2 hours to deliver and told me we don't only give money but they were fast to take my money and not supply food. Zero starts for these bs
