For years, Pizza Supreme has consistently offered a wonderful taste of Italy. Famous for their square pizzas, you definitely should add their garlic knots to your order. These delightful bites perfectly balance flavor, size, and texture. I rate them five stars in every aspect. My personal favorite is their meatball Parmigiano heroes, which come on crusty Italian bread and are filled with juicy, well-seasoned meatballs, melted cheese, and a rich sauce. Those who work nearby are lucky to have such a convenient place for a delicious lunch.
I ordered a Buffalo slice and a Sicilian slice. The Sicilian was just okay, but the Buffalo slice was truly disappointing. It had both tomato sauce and Buffalo sauce, and the combination tasted strange. My coworker tried a BBQ slice, and it was similar—tomato sauce mixed with BBQ sauce. Neither of us could finish our slices.
I been coming here since the place was in Roosevelt Field in the 1970's as a little kid. It used to be good. Unfortunately the pizza was still cold after they heated it in their oven for a few minute. Maybe they do not have the oven high enough. I didn't have it to go. I ate it in the place.

Definitely one of the better Sicilian slices I’ve had especially out on Long Island lots of sauce good amount of cheese nice crisp on the pie came fresh out of the oven definitely will be back for this Sicilian great spot great sauce!
The garlic knots were disappointing; they didn't taste like real garlic knots at all. I would rather throw them away than give them to someone in need. Please improve the quality!
The baked ziti meatballs, served on a plastic plate and accompanied by a can of soda, will cost you about $30. What’s going on with the prices of pasta? Mama mia!
Absolutely delicious! They were cooked to perfection, crispy, and served hot. This could be one of the best rice balls I've ever had.
