Pizza Works - Reservar una mesa

I have been ordering pizza from this place for over 10 years and usually by delivery. Unfortunately this review is based on my recent orders the past few months. The pizza is excellent, one of the best around with decent prices, however I refuse to deal with the woman who works there. She is absolutely rude. I ordered fried chicken wings and they made a mistake and sent buffalo wings and also forgot my free soda. When I called to let her know the error, she argued with me for 10 mins on the phone telling me that 's what I ordered which in fact I didn 't. Another time, we ordered pizza with light sauce and we got the pizza with NO SAUCE!!! (same woman) and clearly there wasn 't a drop of sauce on the pizza. She made us bring the pizza in to show her and she still argued. The pizza was paid for and was such a hassle, that when she said she would remake the pizza, we just left (without a refund) for fear of her doing something to the food. I don 't understand how someone could treat loyal customers this way. She is difficult to understand on the phone, maybe that 's where the issue lies, I don 't know but why would I order something I don 't want?!? Do people do that?!? On a separate note, the delivery guy, his name is Brian, was absolutely one of the best delivery guys I 've ever had, he really liked his job and one time, they packed the wrong soda and he went to the gas station and bought the right one for us. That was super nice of him.

An ok pizza. Nice sweet sauce, and a good cheese but the crust had an unusual texture to it. Good price to quanity ratio. People were friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. Also advertises on slice and thier website they have 20oz sodas, when in reality they are only 16.9oz. Not a huge deal, but still deceptive advertising, and had I known probably would've passed on the soda.

Our first time ordering from Pizza Works. It will not be our last.We ordered the fish and chips and Italian grinder.The fish and chips were the best we have had in a long time.The grinder was perfect.Look forward to ordering again.

Food is good. Rude customer service. Just had a problem with one of the girls there,when I did not receive part of an order. Plus, she gave me an attitude over the phone.

This place makes great pizza and THE BEST CLAZONES IVE EVER HAD! I'm a returning customer for years.
