My family's visit to Pizza Express in Belfast's Victoria Square was an amazing experience from start to finish. The place looks lovely. Shown to the table and ordered food as usual. When get got to the table the came with water and glasses we had to send all the glasses back as clearly not clean When the food arrived two people with same pasta dishes but different sizes one looked like for a child. Trust me it was super small We asked the waitress and she said that's the size but was unable to explain the size difference. She then said I go and ask the kitchen but she never re returned to our table. She kept walking past with no eye contact. Hadn't been here for a while so surprised at how prices had gone up. I ordered a classic pizza which was OK but a little bit crisper and slightly burnt on half of the crust, than I would have liked for a thicker based one. I ordered toppings for my margarita and got a reasonable amount of chilli but very few olives. Great dessert though. Nice bottle of red wine but overpriced in my opinion, but that's the way eating out is these days I'm told! Staff as always are lovely and restaurant was clean and bright.

We came to Pizza express on Ester Sunday when we were in Belfast on holiday. We booked online. It didn’t need to as it wasn’t busy with it being Easter Sunday. Was greeted on entry and lead to a table of our choice. Didn’t wait long for our food, (it was really quiet). Pizzas were really tasty and my daughter’s gluten free pasta bolognaise was good too. Great service, lovely food. Thank you
Very expensive Pizza for such a small size and thinness. One of us ordered the lasagne. It was flat, no real layers, with very little meat in it and tough. Looked and tasted like a cheap microwave version. They could not eat it. We all had to go and get something else to eat when we left. Would not recommend to anyone.
food was meh because the pizzas are paper thin, everything else like the fries were great with friendly staff and nice atmosphere
