I wish I could give this pizza store zero stars! I ordered a pizza with potato topping and waited 15 minutes for it to arrive. Unfortunately, the potatoes were completely raw, and we couldn't eat it at all. When I raised this issue, the staff member I spoke to was incredibly rude and told me that this is how they prepare their pizza. They offered to make me another pizza, but I didn’t have time to wait for it. The server was so disrespectful that they yelled at me to leave the store! I will never return to this establishment and cannot recommend it to anyone. I wasn't refunded for what was probably the worst pizza I've ever had. On top of that, it was 30% more expensive than other places.
My second time ordering Pizzaiolo, and both times have been great! This time we ordered a party size of Spinotta and The Godfather. Both are amazing flavours and it was great having them together to balance each other out. We also got a deep dishMafioso. We were a bit disappointed with the deep dish because we were expecting a Chicago style deep dish. It is just a verythick crust without the extra sauce and toppings that Chicago style has. But we still enjoyed it because it tasteddelicious! Additionally, we ordered a greco salad, which was good, but nothing too special. So far, my favourites here areHoney Heat and Spinotta.
one of the best pizza places i’ve ever been to hands down. every time my family and i order pizza it’s always from here without a doubt. and for anyone who hasn’t tried their honey heat. dam shame on you for missing out lol. there’s one staff that always stands out every time i walk in there and his name is Alex. he’s always so welcoming and friendly with a big smile on his face. never seen a guy who’s been so happy to make pizzas before. he must take longer to make the pizzas because he adds in a little love while making them. it’s always a pleasure running into that guy when i walk in.
Ordered their Pizza online at 6:50pm. Estimated delivery was at 7:35pm. I called the restaurant and was told that the pizza was on the way to my house which is just 9 minutes away. Somehow it took them 35 minutes for delivery. Overall it took 2 hours toprepare and deliver, received my order at 8:45. It was barely warm. That is so sad , because the taste wasn?t bad. Not good at all. This is my second visit and, unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing once again. Prices keep increasing, but they are incredibly stingy with the toppings, making it feel like a total rip-off. I decided to give them another chance, but I won't be back. I've attached pictures to show just how disappointing it is—at this point, it’s basically just bread.
Got a flyer in the mail and decided to check this out. Surprisingly busy. Pizza is good. Staff is very friendly. They talk to people as if they are like family and known them for years possibly do know them for years). I would recommend them.Prices are reasonable. Parking is limited.
