I had really high expectations when I ordered a pizza, especially since the restaurant said it would be ready in just 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting 45 minutes before my order was finally served. This long delay was quite disappointing and frustrating, as I had anticipated a quicker service. I hope that in the future, the restaurant can improve its ability to manage estimated wait times to align with actual preparation times. While the pizza itself was tasty, the lengthy wait was a bit of a letdown. Timeliness is just as crucial as food quality for ensuring customer satisfaction.
I ordered through Uber and anticipated a bit of a wait, which was fine. However, when I received my panzerotto, it was missing several items and was burnt. I decided to give them another chance and reordered. After waiting another hour, my order arrived open and once again missing items. The first mistake can be overlooked, but the second showed a lack of attention and care. I called them, but they said there was nothing they could do. I hope they improve going forward and ensure that orders are complete and not burnt, as the food was inedible.
Pizza was probably one of the best I've ever had from Pizza ville. The attendant missed my order when I arrived for pickup so I think he was trying to make up for it through really going heavy on the toppings to make up for the wait. Would have given one the fifth star if I hadn't had to wait.
The pizza here is always fresh and delicious. They don't skimp on the toppings, and I really appreciate the deal of a large pizza with three toppings and two dips for just over $20 when you pick it up. The staff is also very friendly and courteous.

This location is the B.O.M.B. makes amazing crispy pizza. 7 days a week This store is crazy busy. There's always a little wait for your product but oh boy they bake em perfectly so I don't mind waiting an extra 5-10 minutes
This pizza place could be improved. I found Papa John's, Boston Pizza, and Pizza Hut to be good quality. The others fall in the medium range including this one. I think there is much room for improvement. Thankyou....
The manager's excuse for soggy chicken wings was a poor one. Save your money and don't order the breaded chicken wings. Poor customer service!!
Went at 10 pm last week on Thursday and placed our order on line was very tasty and prefect how we wanted it . Also customer service was great
