Das erste Mal hörte ich von der Pizzeria Capri 2021, als Francesco Ialazzo, der Chef der Pizzeria, Weltmeister der Pizzabäcker wurde; im Herzen der Pizza Kunst, in Napoli. Seitdem wollte ich immer da hin. Aber erst nach etwas Zeit und Abstand, nach solchen Titeln werden Läden ja gerne mal „überrannt“. Vor ein paar Tagen ergab es sich nun, und mein Spatz und ich reservierten telefonisch einen Tisch für zwei, ich musste die weltmeisterliche Pizza endlich probieren. Das Ristorante, in dem es nicht nur Pizza gibt, liegt mitten im historischen Ober-Ingelheim am Marktplatz. in advance the ordered pizza with master title for 15 euro was very delicious. the service was ok. Unfortunately, my pizza made the teigrand a little black. so that you could not eat the entire edge. pity because the teig tastes very tasty and the price is quite high. there I would have expected a little more intentional to bake or an attentiveness by the pizzeria. I will certainly eat there again and test if this dark teigrand was a one-time one.
Very poor customer service. No water in room temperature. Water from the tap would have cost 6,00 €. Noodles were too soft, not well seasoned, shrimps had become crabs. Didn't taste. Didn't want to take it back. Then have made me a pizza bread, which has tasted, but the €17.50 for the noodles is full. In total 23,50 € for a pizza bread with water. Great experience. Never again!
I must say that was a perfect pizza alla napoletana! Better didn't go. And I say that as an Italian. Pizza fritta was top, after that even better! really only recommended. Located in the Marketplace Square in the old part Ingelheim, the owners of this great restaurant come from Italy. They serve authentic Italian pizza, pasta dishes, steak and fish. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and service. Outside tables in nice weather makes a perfect spot to have...a cold beer and a great pizza!
the best pizzeria all over the country! the awards as a German master in the pizza bake have not been thrown behind the pizza baker but deserves! tastefully absolutely great! also friendly staff, which is now personally known. Dear greetings to the team of pizzeria capri! we're coming back!
Okay, I have to admit: The World Championship is justified! I don't even get this pizza in southern Italy. 7 different types of flour, buffalo mozzarella and the best ingredients of the market. A dream! Absolutely recommended! The pictures say more than words
To take a short walk: The cups exhibited in the pizzeria got Francesco to R real. Really the best pizza I could eat before. Francesco and above all the service, very nice and funny people. That was definitely not the last visit.
