"German restaurant in the centre of Guntersblum, parking is possible on the adjacent market square. Whoever likes traditionally is here. The time has remained in this village restaurant in the seventies and eighties: in the ambience, in the service and in the kitchen. So the restaurant is suitable for the older generation and for those who like German home cooking. I never have a complete menu here, always just a special day card. For example, the Thursday Schnitzeltag map. Where the word Schnitzel does not appear in food, they are listed as pork steaks. Cod Bleu, pork medallion, Rumpsteak. For vegetarians there is a salad plate, baked sheep cheese or all-gäu cheese parrots. The prices of the main dishes range from 11.50 to 15.50 and the Rumpsteaks are at 22.50. It is difficult to say what is on the other days, because an internet presence seems to have disappeared. This also fits in the traditional frames. This time I had a pork medallion holiday with peach, pepper sauce, croquettes and salad until 15.50. Good meat quality, spicy sauce, not only with the promised peaches, but also with further fruit decoration. All good and delicious. I see in the eagle less a modern, high-quality country guest house, but a somewhat old-fashioned German traditional place, which, however, completely supplies the corresponding services at this level."
