We went there for an impromptu lunch, without reservation. The Patron welcomed at the front door in a most cordial and welcoming way and gave us a great table next to the window. The restaurant was full, but the service was instant and extremely pleasant...and efficient. We had an explanation of what products are used for the pizzas and this was impressive. Top quality Sicilian tomatoes, fleur de mozzarella and a specific flour for making pizza, cooked in a wood fired oven. The result was amazing the best pizza we ever had, and we travel a lot in Italy. If you like fresh truffles, the restaurant might be a good choice for you. Honestly, I did not like much tagliatelle with white truffles and duck foie gras. On the contrary, my wife liked her scialatielle amalfitana with tomatoes and eggplants. If you find yourself in Valais for the weekend, an excellent stop for pizza pasta looked appetizing as well Price is correct and quality of pizzas are impressive with feu de bois oven.
