Donatello Und Pizzeria

We were with three persons. The menu is classical Italian. As a starter we chose for vitello tonnato, bruschetta and shrimps from the oven. Bruschetta made from supermarkt sandwich bread, vitello dry and thick. The shrimps with tomato sauce and cheese, a very strange combination...with norwegian shrimps and melted cheese, don't need explanation. After that two pizzas and a pasta. One pizza was burned, but according to the waitress it was meant like this... Also pasta with chicken. Nothing really tasted fresh or had some kind of flavour. We did not dare to try a dessert or coffee. If you like decent food for a good price, go to the neighbour Am Wilden Kaiser.

Die Pizzen waren in Ordnung. Der Rest war wirklich schlecht. Die Bruschetta hat nach nichts geschmeckt und wurde auf Toastbrot, das sofort durchgeweicht war, serviert. Die Tomatensoße zu den Spaghetti war auch komplett geschmackfrei. Das Salat war richtig übel: Dosenmais, viel Eisberg und eine Joghurt-Mayonnaise-Sauce (vermutlich vom Discounter). Da war ein Anfänger ohne Talent am Werk.Die Bedienung war nett.

very friendly waitress lets her taste my daughter before ordering the tortellini. cozy atmosphere after a day of skiing to relax eating: pasta with chicken and cream sauce: very nice pizza calzone: very nice spaghetti bolognaise: very nice pizza hawaii: very nice (many ananas.) pizza 4stagione: beautiful pizza salami: very nice broshetta: too soggy mixed salad: big but sweet were too smooth

we were four days in seffau and went twice to donatello. the pizza was the best I ever had. a lot of taste and ingredients, not dominated by cheese, on a good thin basic and abundant large enough. they gave us the boxes, for what we couldn't eat. the pasta was also top quality and plentiful. very friendly service. Waren nach nem anstrengenden Wandertag ins Donatello eingekehrt! Hatten einen großen Tisch im hinteren Teil des Lokals (bißchen dunkel, aber urig)! Pizzen wie auch Pasta waren sehr gut! Würden jederzeit wieder hingehen (dann aber im hellen Glas-Wintergarten)!

we were in a hustle for 7 nights and dined in donatello for three of these nights. eating was incredibly good. simple, but good! taste directions were from the diagram, service is incredible and I would go back again and again. next time I visit the region.

Sehr lecker und sehr authentisch. Die Bedienung war stets freundlich und das essen war auch sehr lecker. Hatte eine Pizza Sicicilla oder so ähnlich
