I took a salad at the entrance. (it was excellent, the vinaigrette is at home and very good)Truite with vegetables and homemade fries. (cooking the trut is controlled, it was tender and fresh)The shotamisu one of the best I ate(although in restaurants I always take a shotamisu when I was offered)
