Disappointing experience Unfortunately we had a very disappointing evening at this restaurant. Our order was either routed incorrectly or misunderstood in the kitchen process, meaning two of us didn't receive our pizza until much later. This meant that only three people could eat together while the others had to wait. Unfortunately, the service wasn't particularly friendly and the tone was incorrect several times. Additionally, we were charged for incorrect positions each person had to pay around 5 CHF Pay more than you should actually charge. There was also no apology or a small gesture, such as a coffee on the house. It is very unfortunate that we did not experience good service or accommo...
Love this little place! came here about a week ago and ordered the Hawaiian pizza and a calzone both delicious and quite expensive, especially for Switzerland! Today an hour before closing ordered to take away, but the people were so nice and friendly and offered us a seat but we sat and waited for the food about 15 min, which was perfect the two pizza and pasta dish we got tasty and about 60 chf for the three super pretty expensive and super good I will recommend this for all my friend and family who visit beautiful Zurich
A regular visitor to this pizzeria for several years . It’s always a pleasure to have a meal here, and at least once a year comment on there progress. Service standards have always been extremely friendly and efficient. They definitely make the best pizzas in Kloten. Always well patronised. Prices are reasonable . Plenty of parking possibilities. We arrived pretty late after an evening flight, so we needed some decent restaurant near our hotel. It was pure luck that we found here. On the pizzas of Pizzeria Giardino is really some good ingredients on it not just basic stuff. Prices are absolutely OK and fast service. If you ask for take away make sure the pizza is already sliced before you leave.
