I will start by keeping the ingredients out of the cold...at summer temperature I took a burrata pizza: more than 15€ for a quarter of mozzarella which is not a burrata. Indeed a burrata is deposited whole on the pizza so it is impossible to cut it. I relied on the passing opinions for the holidays the choice is limited in this August 15 otherwise I left the pizzas.
