Il Cavalino ist kein Restaurant im eigentlichen Sinne. Es ist eine kleine Steh-Pizza mit wenigen (ca. 6 Sitzgelegenheiten, Hochstühle/Barhocker). Dafür aber im Pizzabereich sehr sehr gut. Der Inhaber bereitet die Pizzen selbst. Er ist echter Italiener. Seine Besonderheit ist, das er alle Pizzen noch einmal, egal welcher Belag, mir etwas Käde aubdeckt. Der Belag bleibt schön schmackhaft und saftig. Für Deutsche ideal. Italiener mögen diese Art der "deutschen" Pizza gar nicht. Viel Belag usw. Ich kenne viele Pizzerias in Marburg. Ich wage zu behaupten, das Il Cavalino macht die beste Pizza. Hat auch Lieferservice.
Il Cavalino is not a restaurant in the real sense. It is a small standing pizza with few (about 6 seats, high chairs/barstools). But in the pizza area very good. The owner prepares the pizzas themselves. He's a real Italian. Its speciality is that he covers all pizzas once again, no matter what lining, to me a little box. The coating remains delicious and juicy. Ideal for Germans. Italians don't like this kind of German pizza at all. Lots of cover, etc. I know many pizzerias in Marburg. I dare say the Il Cavalino makes the best pizza. It also has delivery service.
