It was underground. And unfortunately it was our wedding day. First: the food was delicious! ABER: The store has no toilets. For this you have to go to the public toilet in the Neutor Gallery. We've been waiting for food. Yes it was full but in Oberhausen and Dortmund Europaplatz you can do it too. Also, the service cannot be compared. We only had the opportunity to order a drink at the beginning. After that, the waiter was no longer seen and the others were not responsible. You could have earned us.
The Latte Macchiato was lukewarm and only a 0.2l glass for almost 5 euros! During the stay (approximately 3 hours) no demand is required to drink. The service had to be really sought before you could order. The food came only after some other guests who had ordered after us received their order. At least at the prices I would have expected I to be fed. There is no toilet on site; you have to use the toilet of the Neutorgalerie.
I was eating with my family yesterday, the chairs totally uncomfortable, the music VIEL too loud, and the portions except the pizza were much too small, we went hungry despite dessert from the table, the positive is that the food tasted well, I would like to have 1/3 more on the plate. The service was very nice
The food was OK. The service unfortunately under all conditions. Customers who came after us got their food more. The service was underused and easily overwhelmed. After waiting for more than an hour, we received at least one drink free of charge as compensation.

With system but first cream. We were there with 12 people and were first served. Pizzen like these are just here. But everything else is different from standard. Good evening. 25€ on average with some appetizers and desserts. Very good value for money.
Kurz gefasst: Nach dem essen für Zuhause... Übelkeit, erbrechen, Bauchschmerzen, Unwohlsein. Preis wurde mir zu viel berechnet. Nicht zu empfehlen meiner Meinung!!!
Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich die Preise waren auch ziemlich gut und fair ich empfehle euch einen besuch
Sehr schneller Service und leckere pizza die Pizza war sehr gut und ich wir wurden alle satt. Auch der Nachtisch war spitze
