Pizzeria Il Malandrino

Bad experience. We order by Glovo. We ordered 3 pizzas. We received 2. The delivery man claims the missing pizza from the establishment, who acknowledges by phone that the error was theirs and a new pizza was delivered about 10' ago. Half an hour later we call the pizzeria again to claim that the glovo delivery man has NOT arrived. They offer no solution. Corollary. The client is the one who after 1 hour must complain to Glovo when the error has been from the pizzeria. The customer is left without dinner. The delivery man gets a free pizza. The pizzeria ignores the problem that it has caused because of it. The client has to process the claim. It bothers me because until today we were clients...

Very good pizzas and the best detail, we have tried a wine that we did not like, they have opened another but we have not liked it either (personal taste) and they have not charged us for it! That says a lot about a service!
