By writing this opinion, I don't know if I have to laugh or cry. We receive the leaflet of this "restaurant" in our letterbox and decide to place order on a Friday night. On appeal, we barely hear the pounder, because of lack of communication it increases the tone, at that moment we hesitate to hang up. Finally we order two burgers at 7€ each, including fries and drinks as well as a pizza. The delivery time announced was 50 minutes, we finally waited 1h20. Thankfully the delivery is free. Don't be in a hurry to eat! We receive the warm order, fortunately not cold, and without drinks. We had already paid our menu, which was therefore incomplete. Good for nothing! I place order which is valid I receive my emails and the foodtracker to follow the order 1h delay and the unpleasant man at the end of the wire tells me that I would not be delivered because they have no ingredients! And raise the tone with so many coodles hanging on me! A shame! A pitiful establishment! An incompetent staff who deserves to put the key under the door! Between advertising harassment in mailboxes and the result of the UNE HONTE service!
On commande des menus 45 minutes d’attente bon encore le livreur arrive je demande si la commande est complète avec les sauces etc il le dit oui et il part Je déballe tout aucune sauce j’avais demander des coca chérie je me retrouve avec de l’orangina et un coca normal j’ouvre mon menu c’est pas celui que j’avais demander et pas de sauces que j’ai payé en plus !!! J’appelle il me dit que le livreur arrive 2h30 que j’attend le livreur plus JAMAIS à fuir !!!
Pub alléchante dans la boîte aux lettres, Nous décidons de commander 2 menus. Délai annoncé 40min, arrivée du livreur 1h20 après. Menu incomplet et erreur sur l'un d'eux. Complete order in delivery while I asked twice if it had correctly noted everything. After 1h30 waiting to receive the order .. We call for hot sandwiches, they don't have steak anymore... so we'll take pizzas (I remember we got the leaflet selling their product yesterday.... we're told to call them back 3 minutes later without explanation, we call again for pizzas, we're told: no good bah ham after 3 calls in 25 minutes we order elsewhere... damage! Très bon sandwich (américain) Le pain est cuit devant nous dans le four a pizza et ça reste accessible, 9€ le sandwich avec frites et boisson, 8€ le tacos une viande avec boisson. C'était bien bon on reviendra pour tester les pizzas. Je recommande

Des pizzas commandées pour 21 h arrivent à 21h 45!!! Certaines livrées ne sont pas celles commandées. Aucun geste commercial. Pizzas tièdes et de qualité médiocre.
