Been here many times as I have an apartment very near by. Always have the menu of the day early evening. On this visit we were told they have never done that which is not true. So we just had a main, one shared sweet and 2 drinks. I was shocked how expensive this was (Over €50) . Food was good though but smaller portions. I came here to have a reasonably priced meal but ends up being very expensive so won’t be coming back fast. Waiter blamed the cost of living crisis. I personally would have just put up the price of the menu of the day to cover the extra cost. This decision will loose them business as I know many who do the same as us.
Con una enorme tristeza, escribo que Lalola ya no existe. Me gustaría agradecer a los propietarios y al personal por más de 20 años de servicio fabuloso y comida deliciosa. El restaurante era uno de los pocos locales típicos menorquines que quedaba con unas vistas fabulosas sobre el puerto de Mahón. Una parte de Menorca se ha ido para siempre. Q.E.P.D. Lalola.
