Average rating between 4 and 5 unjustified, the quality of the pizzas can be mediocre depending on the person assigned to their creation, this includes among other things a thin but bland dough without flexibility burnt at the edges, a poor flattened and often overcooked topping, a circumference lower than the displayed standard...precedents have already been noted but apparently without correction, therefore repetition of the assumed error...The evening takeaway service should be reviewed as soon as possible. Please do not respond to me with smiley smiles but by improving the quality of your service.

Olivier is a great pizza maker. It’s a pleasure to come to La Valéria. Excellent pizzas and good mood guaranteed Tonight March 5, 2023 last evening at La Valéria. Olivier hands over to David and Charlotte. For the occasion he invited family, friends-clients, client-friends, Christian Pitard the mayor and his successors to taste his last pizzas free of charge. The dough is overcooked on the sides and not at all in the center, the tomato sauce tasteless, the tomatoes taste like water, the overcooked ground steak thrown in bulk is barely cut... frankly a big disappointment despite the positive reviews. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

I ordered pizza and got crepes. No overcooked pastry filling. Extremely disappointed. I understand the closure rumors better.
