please read it properly! beweismaterial available!My family has been a regular at this pizzeria l’arco for years. we noticed that the pizza lost more and more in quality and taste.The last time we ordered at l’arco was the purest horror.It is about a partypizza with champignons and tuna.The pizza arrived, it was barely available. I immediately contacted the pizzaria and offered to send the pictures because the owner probably didn't want to believe me. after that she called me, she was relatiw loud and undamaged.The lady gave me an accusation about the cost of the mozzarella! When she showered me, the fun stopped at me. I explained that this is not my problem, that it should adjust the prices. I take up a performance and this must be aligned justly. she offered me a voucher, either for this order or the next one. but since I was determined to no longer order there, I said at this order. of course she didn't fit. When I said she shouldn't duck me, she put her on.Mega unprofessional and unfriendly. the pizza doesn't taste anymore.

First time ordered and again I will not do it.Pizza was unfortunately not delicious, very greasy and I wanted to have the pizza extra sharp and for that the supplier took 3.20€ extra.Something I have never experienced when considering that a pizza costs 4.50€.Naja as I said will not order again.

The food is basically great, but the service on the phone and the delivery is occasionally worthy of improvement. partly poor communication without complete information and once a delivery 2h later get... At least the sloppy pizzas were free
